14 designs: Hub + 11 core apps + Publisher and Plan (reserved).
Windows: icon.ico (7 sizes). macOS: icon.icns with transparent outer margin.
Linux: icon.svg and icon-{size}.png; desktop examples are NOT installed.
Web: web/manifest.webmanifest, favicon ICO/SVG and Apple touch 180 PNG.
Mobile: opaque master PNG reserved for future app packaging; no iOS/Android apps or store approval implied.
Assets are prepared; embedding in signed desktop release installers is a separate step.
Quick Access can reuse hub/icon.icns and hub/tray-template.svg (NSImage template).
